Redefining the supply side of construction with off-site methods, integrated logistics and a factory-to-site service requires us to tackle several tasks in parallel. On this page we are sharing information relating to some off the current projects we are focused on.

MorningStar Communities
Within the state of Texas there is growing demand for more single-family and entry level housing driven by the influx of new residents. Phoneix MBS has partnered with MorningStar Communities to develop duplex, quadruplex and row housing solutions.
Using SIP panel and LGSF framing materials to off-site produce prefabricated 2D and 3D architectural elements, pocket communities are planned to provide approximately 1,000 homes by 2029.
REACT Housing Project
Following the impact of natural disasters on otherwise already stressed communities and the financial impact on family budgets, REACT Housing is a collaboration between industry and real estate developers to employ modular techniques to advance replacemnt and repair to affected home structures.
Using Phoenix MBS production and a mobile factory platform in development, the REACT team expects to deliver the lowest cost fastest home structure solutions in part sponsored by commerial and private sector partners. The goal is to deliver 1,000,000 square feet by 2032.

Beaux Meadows B2R Georgia Resort
Phoenix MBS and our developer services partner InteliMod, have closely worked with the project developer for a high end RV and Glamoing resort complex, including the development of $28 Million project. There will be 47 luxury villas on the site to be provided by Phoenix MBS, employing modular off-site techniques and site support for finishing operations.
Beaux Meadows Resort plans to begin construction in 2025, with an initial opening set for the summer of 2026. The Waycross Georgia location will serve as the first of several similar resorts, all built and operated by the same developer.
Since we are not a prefabricated home manufacturer with a predetermined catalogue, instead working from your designs and adapting our processes, Phoenix MBS must innovate and introduce creative solutions to meet our goal and satisfy our clients. Below we are sharing a few innovations currently in development.

B2R Tow/Drop Housing
Phoenix MBS and the REACT team are collaborating on the structural design of Tow-or-Drop off-site constructed cabins for the build to rent market. Our engineers are exploring different floor frame amd tow trailer mechanical platforms, seeking to improve transportation pn more complex roads.
Employing prefabricated elements and interiro built-out modules, final models will have off-grid features allowing them to be deployed as remote or even emergency housing.
Site Performance & Asset Protection Inspector
Phoenix MBS is in the early stages of developing an auto mated drone platform that deploys to a site, programmed to insepct and verify progress of construction data points while also protecting site assets.
General Dynamics has advanced robotics to have the ability to walk or fly over terrain, we expect to apply their technology and integrate construction managment specific functionality.

Hammer Meet NAiLS
Within the flow of materials at each staging and transfer point, time and expense accumulate on every component used. It is estimated that more than 20% of project costs can be saved through efficiencies within the staging and production path.
Phoenix MBS in partnership with technology innovators is developing the Nuanced AI-driven Line Systems (NAiLS) to help improve motion and handling within our operations. NAiLS will capture thousands of data points monitored by an AI assisted platform that integrates into all levels of our operations.
