Welcome to Phoenix MBS
Building better homes in communities with respect for the families that live there!
It is not about us but what we can do for them, the next generation growing up in a climate of housing uncertainty and financial pressure. We have witnessed the aftermath of fires, weather and the negative effect of rising costs on family budgets at every level.
As builders and developers, we have seen the improvements to materials and the changes in construction methods, but as technologists we see a slow adoption of automation and industrialized systems with the ability to affect the affordability and sustainability issues in a dramatic way.
And defines our mission and who we are.
In the US there is a shortage of budget friendly homes with the average cost above $150 a square foot just for the structure. That places entry prices above what most families can afford

A new pathway is needed to deliver dreams to more families, one that respects the budget and maintains value throughout the lifecycle of home ownership.
Phoenix MBS in collaboration with developer and industry partners is investing in new production operations and logistics hubs for panel built volumetric and sectional modular homes. This summer we are opening two new operations, one in Texas centrally located to major growth areas and all regions south, the other in Rhode Island with access to all northern states.

Our Approach
- Change the relationship with the developer from vendor to financial partner
- Build to client design applying modular methods and the science of time and motion
- Apply new materials that improvie durability, quality and strength that align with automation and robotics.
- Close relationships with vendors to improve logistics and material flow planning
