2025 MOMENTS

The first half of the year saw much of my focus centered on the Belton Texas project, from which I saw first hand the deception and greed that exists, but from those ashes Phoenix MBS was formed. Unfortunately we continued to experience bad actors that to some degree distracted us, we saw the damage to our new friends in Georgia as they put everything on the line to move their project forward, and we felt the impact of slow moving decision processes caused by different agendas or slower clocks. There were moments when we had to ask why?

But we did experience some good things and a lot was learned alomg the way. We met new friends and coleagues, began to take control of our own futures, found market opportunities for new approaches and innovation in products, entered into our first partner and client understandings, and best of all, we can stand tall as an ethical and transparent organization.
