Demand for new home inventory has put additional pressure on off-site constructed homes. modular structures and build-to-rent apartments.
New communities tend to have similar appearance driven more by price point than appeal, entry level homes often suffering from the effect of degrading finsihes and quality issues.

Tariq Homes was founded in the belief that space is precious and quality should never be sacrificed Home buyers do not purchase merely a structure, it is the start of a new path supporting their dreams and family well-being.
A first homes, work proximity, toddlers or teenager, scaling down are all considerations in the design of our homes and communities.
Function and durability, energy efficiency and family security, all contemplated at the drawing board before finishing touches are applied.
Applying over forty years of housing development and real estate investment, Tariq Homes is launching a new initiative to bring modular construction and modern materials together to provide a better home at a lower price point. Reducing the entry cost into a home lowers the amount of time spent working on that expense increasing the time for life and family.
Average home prices today are above $150 per square foot yet the average family income cannot easily support that level of expense. Tariq Homes goal is to build between $80 and $130 per square foot in communities that have shared green spaces, lower operating costs and embrace safety features at the house an in communal areas.

Consider the impact of technology on life today, exercise in doors, work from home, virtual friends and care givers, cars that plug in, and everything delivered by road or drone. These things are often overlooked when considering design and units per acre, yet each has a real impact on the choices made when planning for a home community.

The concept of build-off-site does not need to be driven by a predetermined set of plans or finishes, technology allows us to apply the architectural design to the production line. Modular sectional production provides any number of one or two level home layouts, and volumetric modular with light gauge steel framing takes us to ten levels.
